IAD ONLINE

IAD ONLINE provides our clients with information and an overview of their investments using secure access. The service allows clients to monitor the development of their investment, to submit requests for payment or continuous payment of unit certificates electronically, to request a transfer of money between funds and to cancel requests for continuous payment of unit certificates.

One of the advantages of IAD ONLINE is that it can be used to submit some requests without visiting IAD Investments personally or certifying requests by a notary public (PLUS access).

The service is free and available in multiple languages. It is obtained automatically after completing the Request for Shareholder Registration and investing in our product. You can choose you preferred type of secure access and you can request a change at any time during the entire investment period.

Types of secure access

IAD Investments provides clients with the following functionalities in IAD ONLINE (see table):

Overview of recorded data and value of assets – allows the client to passively view electronically recorded or electronically stored data and track the development of the client’s investment value.

Request for redemption of unit certificates – allows the client to file with IAD Investments an electronic request for redemption of a unit certificate of the specified mutual fund, owned by the unitholder.

Request for continuous redemption of unit certificates – allows the client to file with IAD Investments an electronic request for continuous redemption of unit certificates of the specified mutual fund, owned by the unitholder, including electronic cancellation of orders.

To activate access to IAD ONLINE, you need:

Passive access – assets in a mutual fund or assets under individual management (the investor owns at least one unit certificate of a mutual fund or has a portfolio management agreement with IAD Investments).

PLUS access – assets in a mutual fund or assets under individual management, a bank account (the investor owns a current account in a bank with its registered office in an EU Member State), a mobile phone number.

Security

To keep your access to IAD ONLINE secure, we recommend refraining from using the system on public computers (in Internet cafes, classrooms etc.) Do not disclose your login details (password, encryption key) and keep the letter with security features you received. Do not e-mail your login details and do not click on links in e-mails, even if the sender appears to be IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s. Our company will never ask you to send them.

We recommend changing your access data when you first log in to IAD ONLINE using secure access.

Forgot login data to IAD ONLINE / Login does not work

If you have received login information via e-mail, please search your inbox (including the junk/spam folder) for the sender iadmailing@iad.sk. If you cannot find your login information or encounter any other issues with logging in, please contact our client center by email at info@iad.sk or call the free infoline on 0800 601 601. Ensure you have your identification number or contract number and your email address ready when reaching out to us. Our client center is available on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The value of the investment in the mutual fund may also decrease and the return on the amount originally invested is not guaranteed. There is also a risk associated with investing in mutual funds. In accordance with the mutual fund statutes, the share of securities issued by states and international organizations listed in the annex to the statutes of individual mutual funds may exceed 35% of the value of the fund’s assets, which may reach up to 100%. The IAD is obliged to pay out the unit certificate of the Prvý realitný fond and the Korunový realitný fond without delay, but no later than within an extended period of 12 months. Assets in the fund Prvý realitný fond is invested mainly in real estate, including accessories for the purposes of their management and sale, in ownership interests in real estate companies and in liquid financial assets, the economic nature of which results in close links with the real estate market. Korunový realitný fond has at least 85% of its assets continuously invested in the units of the Prvý realitný fond.
