The company celebrates its 20 years anniversary. On the 18th of October, year 1991 the IAD Investments forerunner was written down into the Commercial Register. It has started its fruitful history.IAD Investments is the oldest independent live management in the former Czechoslovakia and also among management companies of Visegrad states. Today it is the biggest independent management company in the Slovakia.
In summer we launched saving programms with reguralry investments into our funds: in Slovakia under the name PROFIT a TOP LIFE and in the Czech Republic ZFProfit.
In the end of the year we made a new fund´s acquisition of the management company ALLIANZ Asset Management. Our mutual funds list has been added by: Bond Dynamic, o.p.f., Fond krátkodobých investícií, o.p.f., Growth Opportunities, o.p.f., Protected Equity 1, o.p.f., Protected Equity 2, o.p.f.

The fund Prvy realitný fond has been launched in the Czech republic effectively. |
| Service IAD - online účet brings an unique functionality as typing redemption request for all funds and possibility of setting up standing orders. |

The company made KD Investments acquisition. |
| Due this effect it was added two new funds on the product´ list - KD Prosperita and KD Russia. |

In December the mutual fund Sprint, o.p.f. merged into the fund Kapital, o.p.f. due to identical investment strategies of both funds |

| In the beginning of the second half year, the company expanded its sales network with the branches OTP Banka Slovensko |
| Over the course of the year the company OTP Asset Management, a.s. was terminated by merger with our company Investičná a Dôchodková, správ. spol., a.s.. |
| The company took over the management of the mutual funds Sprint, o.p.f. and Európa, o.p.f. from their original manager OTP Asset Management, a.s. |
| In February the analytic company Symsite Research evaluated the IAD Investments funds again and from the perspective of historic efficiency and left them in the leading positions. |

At the end of the year the company acquired the license to manage Prvý realitný fond, š.p.f., historically the first Slovak fund focuses on real estate investments. |

Úrad pre finančný trh (Financial Market Supervisory) extended the company's licence to permit managing client portfolios, consulting, and retention and managing of share deeds. |
| In association with the merging of the company Sympatia-Pohoda, d.s.s., a.s. s ING, d.s.s., a.s. as of 31.12.2005, IAD became the stockholder of the merged company ING, d.s.s., a.s. |

In December the company moved to their new location at Malý trh 2/A in Bratislava. |
| In August our company, as the only Asset Management Company active on the Slovak market, founded together with other stockholders the „retiree Asset Management Company" Sympatia-Pohoda, d.s.s., a.s. |
