It's almost become a standard empty phrase to hearken back to the turbulent beginnings of collective investing with unclear rules immediately after 1989. For us, however, it was a milestone that we are still bound to.

It has been nearly twenty years in this new age that has favoured investments. Yet it has still managed to fundamentally shake the trust of investors. During the entire period it became ever truer that real values do not form by accident, but they require time. It was proven that it's experience and a long-term ethical principle towards the client that creates a company's high credit. It is a credit that is a company's greatest capital.

IAD Investments, Asset Management Company, Inc. is an independent company. It belongs to the holding company PRO PARTNERS HOLDING, A.S., which invests into private equity.

►         Global Knowledge - Local Solution

We managed to find ourselves a spot on the market and listen to what investors were demanding. Most of all, we are able to quickly react to changes caused by legislative conditions, economic developments, or we simply bring in what's going on in the world. Primarily we offer unique products which are mainly set up for conservative investment solutions. Hand in hand with product development, we operate the back office in such a way that enables it to react well to changes.

We make use of what's closest to us and what we know well. Thanks to the very similar habits of the population and its economic situation, we have crossed over the geographic border. We offer our services in the Czech Republic, here at home in Slovakia, and in Slovenia. Our strategy is to be effective in the Central European region.

Any kind of investment brings with it the known risk of fluctuating investment values and the fears emerging from it. We want to influence and minimize these fears as much as possible. This is why we approach money with deliberation - we place an emphasis on explaining, but most of all, we play fair. We guarantee our clients their money back under certain conditions.

A look back at our company shows our successful decisions, and we are very aware of their results. Even though they are more pronounced in the Slovak Republic, we would still like to mention them.

	We manage the oldest bond fund on the Slovak market.
	It has having gained its license as the first real estate fund in the eniter former Czechoslovakia. The meaning of its existence was proven by its annual performance 11% (as at 10.2.2011). It has become the most successful fund in its category.
	It declares its return a month in advance. We are the first company to offer a truly guaranteed product in the field of collective investments.
In Slovakia, we realized the acquisition of two asset management companies. We won a tender process and gained a share in our competitor, OTP Asset Management, and merged them, taking over their mutual funds. With this, our cooperation with OTP Bank of Slovakia was expanded with the sale of mutual funds. KD Investments is the second company we bought, extending our offer with the mutual funds KD RUSSIA and KD PROSPERITA. We are glad for both acquisitions, and we wish to continue providing the maximum level of comfort to these companies' original clients.
	We developed our database so that every client can set up an IAD - Online Personal Account free of charge.

►         Cooperation with large international finance companies

We have built up equil and correct partnership with our business counterparties. We believe we have found the way how to communicate and what kind of products offer to finance advisors companies such as insurance companies with worldwide - known names.

Aegon, Generali Slovensko, KD Life Insurance a Adriatic Slovenica with Slovenia origin are financial groups, with who we work together on insurance products unit linked with our funds .

ZFP Akademie, Universal maklérsky dom, Salve Group, OVB, Fincentrum are financial advisors companies, who incorporate our funds in their product lists presented to their individual clients. Together we search and develop schemes for proper personal finance allocation, in the investment field.
